We are economists specialising in organisational strategy and development.

Since 1999 we have worked in various areas of economics, marketing research, strategy, and business processes. Our diverse experience has culminated in a wide range of skills that allow us to take a comprehensive approach when working with organisations.

While we remain economists at the core, our years of experience with diverse and complex organisational transformations have also made us proficient HR practitioners.

Since 2017, E&M has started to develop its own IT solutions to help its clients implement the recommendations that it has developed for them.
